Refund policy

You can contact us to request a return within 14 days after receiving the product. You can choose to receive a refund as money back or in the form of an exchange. Return shipping is always the buyer's responsibility. Refunds will only be given for the merchandise (no refunds on shipping charges.) Merchandise has to be returned in good, unused condition.

No refunds will be given on products with custom name/text and/or logo/design.

Returns will not be accepted without RMA No. We will try to resolve all problems.
